Add local sales tax based on corporate outfit price of $60.00 and an LLC/NFP outfit price of $80.00. We will bill you for any additional disbursements if incurred. NYS residents add $5.00 + tax shipping charge.

REDi-CORP is an advanced entity formation system. By completing and submitting our online worksheets to the left, we can provide you with all you need to organize your entity (including a complete entity outfit).

We Prepare and file the Certificate within 24-48 Hours with the Secretary of State. (Contingent upon approval by the Department of State).

We send you an original copy of the Certificate and the filing receipt issued by the Department of State, along with the appropriate waiver.

We notify your office with date of formation/organization/incorporation.

Your Entity Outfit is then immediately prepared and shipped directly to the address requested via United Parcel Service. (Shipping via courier or delivered by messenger, for an additional fee. Contact the APRS Corporation Department for details).
